PRICE
The price per night is $135. Mendocino
County Bed Tax will be added. A free
bottle of wine is included!
DEPOSIT
One night's deposit is due at the time
your reservation is made with the balance
due upon arrival. During the Holiday
Season a deposit of half your stay will be
required with the balance due upon
arrival. These deposits secure your
reservation.
MINIMUM
STAYS
On weekends a two-night minimum stay is
required. On Holidays there is a
three-night minimum.
NO
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed in the cottage and
if not observed, a cleaning fee will be
assessed.
NO
PETS
We are sorry, but we have a "no pets"
policy. We love our wildlife and do not
wish them to be disturbed.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time
is noon.
CANCELLATIONS
Because we have only one cottage rental,
early departures or cancellations of four
weeks or less notice will be charged at
the full rate plus tax. We will, however,
credit patrons for a future reservation if
we are able to re-let the cottage for the
original reservation period. We are not
responsible for inclement weather and its
effect on travel.
